BOOMNON ("เรา") เป็นผู้ให้บริการเกม BOOMNON's Dueling Arena ที่ boomnonduel.com และเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้ทำอะไร และคุณมีสิทธิอะไรบ้าง

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

บัญชี: รหัสบัญชีที่ระบบสร้างให้ ถ้าคุณเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยอีเมล เราเก็บอีเมลและรหัสผ่านในรูปที่เข้ารหัสแบบทางเดียว (hash) ซึ่งไม่มีใครอ่านรหัสผ่านจริงได้ ถ้าเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google, Apple หรือ LINE เราเก็บเพียงรหัสประจำตัวที่บริการนั้นส่งให้ และไม่ได้รับรหัสผ่านของคุณ บัญชีผู้เยี่ยมชมไม่ผูกกับข้อมูลที่ระบุตัวตน
โปรไฟล์ในเกม: ชื่อนักดวล รหัสเพื่อน รูปโปรไฟล์และฉายาที่เลือกจากในเกม

3. ใครเห็นหรือได้รับข้อมูล

- Google, Apple หรือ LINE: เฉพาะเมื่อคุณเลือกเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบริการนั้น
หน่วยงานรัฐ: เมื่อกฎหมายกำหนดเท่านั้น

ผู้ให้บริการบางรายอาจประมวลผลข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย ซึ่งเราเลือกใช้เฉพาะผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลตามมาตรฐานสากล

4. เราเก็บข้อมูลนานแค่ไหน

6. ผู้เยาว์

ผู้เล่นอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี ควรได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองก่อนผูกบัญชีด้วยอีเมลหรือบริการภายนอก หากเราทราบว่าได้เก็บข้อมูลของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 10 ปีโดยไม่มีความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง เราจะลบข้อมูลนั้น ผู้ปกครองติดต่อเราได้ทางอีเมลด้านบน

7. ความปลอดภัย

การเชื่อมต่อทั้งหมดเข้ารหัสด้วย HTTPS รหัสผ่านเก็บแบบแฮช การเข้าถึงเซิร์ฟเวอร์จำกัดเฉพาะผู้ดูแล และมีการสำรองข้อมูลทุกวัน แม้ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยได้ทั้งหมด เราจะแจ้งผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด หากเกิดเหตุละเมิดข้อมูล

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

Privacy Policy

Effective 10 October 2026

BOOMNON ("we") operates BOOMNON's Dueling Arena at boomnonduel.com and is the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. What we collect

Account: an account ID we create. If you sign in with email, we keep your email and a one-way hash of your password, so no one can read your actual password. If you sign in with Google, Apple or LINE, we keep only the identifier that service sends us, never your password. Guest accounts are not tied to anything that identifies you.
In-game profile: your duelist name, friend code, and the avatar and title you pick in the game.
Game progress: DP, owned decks, deck bond, missions, Lore, rank and in-game settings.
Duel history: the decks used, results, number of turns, how each duel ended and when. For bot duels, the server checks the sequence of moves to verify the result before paying rewards.
Social: friends, friend requests, room invitations (deleted within a day), blocks and friend invites.
Evidence from duels with real players: the room's recent event log (including room chat), player names and decks, and decision times, used to review reports.
Reports, appeals and feedback: what you type and send us: player reports, appeal messages and deck feedback.
Technical data: we do not keep a log of website visits. IP addresses are used briefly in memory to prevent abuse and may appear in server error logs, which are deleted automatically within 14 days.
Data on your device: the game stores data in your browser (local storage): your sign-in token, language, sound settings and offline duel results waiting to be sent. It stays on your device. We do not use cookies.

2. Why we use it

To run the game (contract): creating and keeping your account, saving progress, matchmaking, friends and rewards.
Safety and fairness (legitimate interests): verifying duel results, preventing cheating and reward farming, reviewing reports and looking after the community.
Improving the game (legitimate interests): aggregated deck statistics to balance cards.
Linked sign-in (consent): only when you choose to sign in with Google, Apple or LINE.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party tracking or analytics.

3. Who sees or receives data

Other players: see your duelist name, friend code, avatar, title, level, rank, standings, and the deck you use in a duel.
Service providers the game needs:
- Hostatom: server hosting (Thailand), where the database is stored.
- Cloudflare: content delivery and attack protection.
- Google Fonts and unpkg: deliver fonts and icons to your browser; they see your IP address when these load.
- Google, Apple or LINE: only if you choose to sign in with them.
Authorities: only when the law requires it.

Some providers may process data outside Thailand. We only use providers with internationally recognised data-protection safeguards.

4. How long we keep it

Account and progress: as long as your account exists.
Duel evidence that was not reported: deleted within 30 days.
Database backups: rotated and deleted within 14 days.
Server error logs: deleted within 14 days.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your account, progress, duel history, friends and feedback are then deleted immediately. Reports, the evidence attached to them and sanction records are kept for community safety, linked only to the old account ID, which can never be signed into again. Backups containing your old data expire within 14 days.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to and a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. Contact us at [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

6. Minors

Players under 20 should have a parent's or guardian's consent before linking an email or outside account. If we learn that we hold data of a child under 10 without a parent's consent, we will delete it. Parents can contact us at the email above.

7. Security

All connections use HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, server access is limited to the administrator, and data is backed up daily. No system is perfectly secure; if a data breach happens, we will notify affected players and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Changes

If we make important changes, we will announce them in the game (Mailbox) and update the effective date above.

คุณรับผิดชอบการรักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชีและการเข้าสู่ระบบของตนเอง
ชื่อนักดวลต้องไม่หยาบคาย ไม่ละเมิดผู้อื่น และไม่แอบอ้างเป็นบุคคลอื่นหรือผู้ดูแลเกม

2. DP และไอเท็มในเกม

DP เด็ค และรางวัลทั้งหมดเป็นของในเกม ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงิน แลกเป็นเงินไม่ได้ และห้ามซื้อขายหรือโอนให้ผู้อื่นนอกเกม
เราอาจปรับสมดุลการ์ด รางวัล หรือกติกาเพื่อให้เกมสนุกและเป็นธรรม ซึ่งอาจเปลี่ยนความสามารถของการ์ดหรือเด็คที่คุณมี

3. การเล่นอย่างเป็นธรรม

ห้ามทำสิ่งต่อไปนี้:

โกง ใช้โปรแกรมช่วยเล่นหรือบอท แก้ไขตัวเกม หรือใช้ช่องโหว่ของระบบ
สร้างหลายบัญชีหรือใช้บัญชีปลอมเพื่อฟาร์ม DP รางวัลชวนเพื่อน หรืออันดับ
คุกคาม ใช้ถ้อยคำหยาบคายหรือสร้างความเกลียดชัง หรือส่งสแปมถึงผู้เล่นอื่น
รบกวนหรือโจมตีเซิร์ฟเวอร์ หรือพยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้อื่น

หากละเมิด เราอาจตัดรางวัลที่ได้มาโดยมิชอบ จำกัดการใช้งาน หรือระงับบัญชี คุณอุทธรณ์การลงโทษได้ในเกม

4. เนื้อหาที่คุณส่ง

ชื่อ ข้อความแชท รายงาน และความคิดเห็นที่คุณส่ง ต้องไม่ผิดกฎหมายและไม่ละเมิดสิทธิของผู้อื่น คุณอนุญาตให้เราใช้เนื้อหาเหล่านี้เท่าที่จำเป็นในการให้บริการ ดูแลชุมชน และปรับปรุงเกม

5. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

ตัวเกม การ์ด ตัวละคร เรื่องราว และงานภาพเป็นของ BOOMNON ห้ามคัดลอกหรือนำไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต เพลงและเสียงประกอบมาจากผู้สร้างภายนอกตามสัญญาอนุญาตของแต่ละงาน ดูรายละเอียดได้ที่หน้าเครดิตในเกม

6. การให้บริการ

เราพยายามให้เกมทำงานได้ดีที่สุด แต่ให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ อาจมีช่วงปิดปรับปรุง ข้อผิดพลาด หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงฟีเจอร์ และเราอาจหยุดให้บริการบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด โดยจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าตามสมควรหากทำได้

7. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม หรือการสูญหายของข้อมูลหรือของในเกม ที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้บริการได้ ข้อความนี้ไม่จำกัดสิทธิที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคให้แก่คุณ

8. การยุติ

คุณเลิกใช้และลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อในหน้าตั้งค่า เราอาจยุติบัญชีที่ละเมิดเงื่อนไขนี้อย่างร้ายแรง

10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการติดต่อ

Terms of Service

Effective 10 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and BOOMNON for using BOOMNON's Dueling Arena. By playing, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts

You can play as a guest, but a guest account's data may be lost if you clear your browser data or change devices. Link an email, Google, Apple or LINE account to keep your progress safe.
You are responsible for keeping your account and sign-in secure.
Duelist names must not be offensive, infringe others' rights, or impersonate another person or the game's staff.

2. DP and in-game items

DP, decks and all rewards are in-game items with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, and may not be sold or transferred outside the game.
We may rebalance cards, rewards or rules to keep the game fun and fair, which can change how your cards or decks perform.

3. Fair play

You must not:

cheat, use bots or automation, modify the game, or exploit bugs;
create multiple or fake accounts to farm DP, invite rewards or rankings;
harass, use hateful or abusive language, or spam other players;
disrupt or attack the servers, or try to access other players' data.

If you break these rules, we may remove rewards gained unfairly, restrict features or suspend your account. You can appeal a sanction in the game.

4. What you submit

Names, chat messages, reports and feedback you send must be lawful and must not infringe others' rights. You allow us to use them as needed to run the service, look after the community and improve the game.

5. Intellectual property

The game, cards, characters, stories and artwork belong to BOOMNON. Do not copy them or use them commercially without permission. Music and sound effects come from outside creators under each work's license; see Credits in the game.

6. The service

We work to keep the game running well, but it is provided as is. There may be maintenance, bugs or feature changes, and we may stop part or all of the service, giving reasonable notice where we can.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for loss of data or in-game items, arising from using or being unable to use the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Ending

You may stop playing and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that seriously break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

10. Changes and contact

If we make important changes, we will announce them in the game; continuing to play afterwards means you accept the new terms. Contact us at [email protected].
